Communication: How to Make Yourself Heard:

Ever been frustrated because you can't make yourself heard? Why do others always seem able to get their point across? Why don't we sometimes understand what's being said to us, or even what's written in front of us? They're only words, right?

Communication is an essential skill required in all aspects of life and one which we can all improve. This Workshop is intended for anyone seeking to improve their ability to communicate.  We won't communicate well unless we understand what communication is.

It all starts with the question “What is communication?” We'll dive into how we can use the basic skills of reading, writing, speaking and hearing to achieve the much more complex objective of effective communication. The objective of the Workshop is for everyone to leave better able to communicate effectively.

Register now for this free Lunchtime Learning session on Tuesday 23rd July at Republic of Work.
