Founded in 2017, Republic of Work was built on a simple belief: that the right workspace and the right community can accelerate any business. Starting from Cork City Centre, we set out to close the gap between ambitious professionals and the support network they needed to grow.

What began as a flexible coworking space quickly became something bigger; a thriving hub for startups, scale-ups, freelancers, and remote teams across Munster. We grew our network, brought in accelerator programmes, and built partnerships that gave our members real routes to funding, mentorship, and market.

Today, hundreds of businesses have grown within these walls. Some have scaled and moved on. Many stay connected. All of them are part of what makes Republic of Work the most established coworking and innovation community in Cork.
