  • Programme Director, Republic of Workand South-East Regional Lead, HBAN

    With nearly a decade of experience across Ireland, wider Europe and India, she’s navigated both sides of the startup world—building a Cork-based deeptech startup from the inside and driving ecosystem growth by setting up a tech hub in the Mid-East region of Ireland.

    With a background in Chemical Engineering and Sustainable Engineering, Eshna is passionate about the transformative power of deeptech.

    A recognised voice in Irish tech, she’s been named one of the Top 100 people in Irish Tech Ecosystem and founded DeeptechFest Ireland in 2023, an annual event connecting Irish Deeptech Founders with the European scene.

    Lavanya plays a pivotal role in supporting tech entrepreneurs in the South East. Lavanya brings her own founder experience so she truly understands the highs, lows, and everything in between that comes with building a startup.

    With years of experience in food science, innovation and circular technologies Lavanya thrives on connecting people, ideas, and opportunities.
