Pitch Perfect: Cork's Pre-Accelerator Cohort Brings the Heat
If you've been following what's been happening here at Republic of Work lately, you'll know we've been proud partners of the NDRC Pre-Accelerator Summer Batch 2026 and what a programme it has been.
Over six weeks, a brilliant cohort of early-stage founders came together virtually to validate their ideas, sharpen their pitches, and take their startups to the next level. From customer discovery and product development to financial modelling and funding pathways, the programme packed in an incredible amount of learning, mentorship, and momentum. And then came Showcase Day.
Republic of Work was proud to host 19 startups as they presented the results of weeks of hard work and growth at Showcase Day.
We were thrilled to welcome 19 of the cohort's startups here to Republic of Work for the Showcase Day and the energy in the room was something else. Founders took to the stage with confidence, passion, and some genuinely exciting ideas. It was one of those days that reminded us exactly why we love being at the heart of Cork's startup and innovation community. The ideas were bold, the pitches were sharp, and the future looks bright for this cohort.
